Internal Focus Group Discussion

First FGD was held in September 25, 2007 at Room T209, Faculty of Economics and Business attended by FEB UGM lecturers. GCG issues and implementations were discussed in the event. A great discussion was able to conduct because of the well-knowledge participants. Besides sufficient theory, many participants have an experience in the implementation of GCG in organizations. It is because they are not only academicians, but also practitioners. Thus many important points came up through FGD.
In the forum, the importance of creating a company’s GCG measurement method was also emphasized. It is also meet one of CGCG’s main goals, creating a GCG measurement method.
